Symptoms

When attempting to open a new CRF for data entry in RDC Onsite on a replicated database the following error occurs.

The data entry window has encountered an unexpected error and will shut down . 
If the problem recurs, please report the following information for diagnostic purposes.
Log code nnnnnnnnnn: internal error.
