SSVerifyAccount Service Does Not Expose Custom Fields In JDeveloper (Doc ID 2111514.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to utilize custom fields that are part of the base OUCSS SSVerifyAccount service, the Data Control does not make these custom fields available in JDeveloper. 

To replicate this:

- add oracle.ugbu.ss.base.login.model_2.1.0.1.jar to JDev project
- expand SSVerifyAccount Data Control, note Custom fields 1 through 10 are missing (note as well that WXVerifyAccount > WX-VerAcct does include these custom field)
