SCA Running in Proxy Mode is Crashing When Trying to Forward INVITE Request (Doc ID 2111549.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC) 4.4.1.4.0, when the Session Control Agent (SCA) for Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) is configured to run in Proxy mode, it will crash upon receiving an INVITE from a softswitch.

There is no error in sca.log file, but the following sequence of entries can be observed if debug is enabled:

 The b2bua parameter set to "false" in the /IN/service_packages/SCA/etc/sca.config configuration file.
