Users Are Unable to Scan the UIN Barcode While Creating Inventory Adjustments (Doc ID 2111728.1)

Symptoms

In Store Inventory Management (SIM) application, we find that users are unable to scan Unique Identification Number (UIN) while creating new inventory adjustment using the handheld (HH) device.


Steps to reproduce:

Prerequisite: Set Parent item > UPC item with UIN enabled.

1. From wireless HH main menu, go to 2-Inv. Management > 2-Inv. Management > 1-Inventory Adj. > 1-Create Inv. Adj., select a reason code.
2. Scan UPC and notice the UIN scanning option does not follow.
3. Find that user is unable to scan UIN to create the inventory adjustment.

Note: If user scans the parent item in step 1, the UIN scanning option/window does follow.
