OCNCC- OEM "Replication Service Is Down" Alarm (Doc ID 2112045.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Enterprise Management (OEM) with the Application Management Pack (AMP plugin for Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC)), the NCC replication service is incorrectly reported as "down" when it is actually up and running.

To confirm that OCNCC replication service is up and running, first check replication messages in /var/adm/messages.

Also a replication check can be made with the following SQL query:

SQL> select node_id,roe_eventid from rep_pending_queue order by node_id;

It is expected that the service should be correctly monitored and it's status reported to AMP.
