Receiving BEA-149078 Error While Installing OSM in a Clustered Environment (Doc ID 2112304.1)

 While installing OSM in a clustered environment, if OSM Domain is specified at a shared file systems, the following exceptions may be printed out in the standard output log file of AdminServer:

<Feb 25, 2016 4:01:52 AM NZDT> <Warning> <Deployer> <BEA-149078> <Stack trace for message 149004 [Deployer:149189]An attempt was made to execute the 'deploy' operation on an application named 'oms' that is not currently available. The application may have been created after non-dynamic configuration changes were activated. If so, the operation can not be performed until server is restarted so that the application will be available.
