Unable to Open a Saved Workbook When Using an Existing Workbook of the Same Name (Doc ID 2112567.1)

Symptoms

In the RPAS Fusion Client, a user cannot open a saved workbook when starting from an open workbook of the same name by clicking on the list of saved workbooks. The system goes through the motions of closing the workbook and retrieving the saved workbook, but it neither closes the existing workbook, nor does it retrieve the data of the saved workbook.
