On :  7.5.0.11.0 version, Rating

How to identify from the PIN_FLD_FLAGS value if a cycle forward event is for cancellation or not?

The cases can be as the followings:
- normal cancellation or
- transition

Charges could be
- prorated or
- full charge or
- full refund

For cycle events the PIN_FLD_FLAGS are also at 2 levels - event level (0th level) and CYCLE_INFO (1st level) array level -

And as seen here they have different values sometimes.
