ORPOS Application Freezes After Cancelling an Advanced Search

The Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS) application freezes after cancelling an Advanced Search in Item Lookup. 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to POS (F3).
2. Select Item Lookup (F3).
3. Click on Advanced Search (F2).
4. Now Click on Cancel (F12).
5. Click 'Yes' on Cancel Confirmation screen.
6. Application hangs.
