Study Config Products on English and Japanese screen

Symptoms
On Study Config screen (Argus Console >> Business Configuration >> Studies), when there are two products on English screen
there is only one product on Japanese screen opened by [J Data Entry] for the same Study.
When the 'J Data Entry' windows appears, one of the products in the study is missing and the study description has been changed.
