Information in this document applies to any platform.
In Oracle Retail Returns Management (ORRM), the cursor focus does not work in the Postal Code field. The cursor is set in the middle of the field and the user is unable to enter postal code. Also, the + 4 digits of the postal code do not function as expected.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into Returns Management
2. Select Returns
3. Select Exceptions
4. Customer Information
5. Select USA or Canada country
6. Attempt to enter a valid zip code. Note that user is not able to enter Postal code.
