Openning New Material Plan Failing With Java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen Space (Doc ID 2113388.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, User Interface

After setting up the the Planning UI, when trying to open the New Material Plan, it's failing with the following errors in the ascpManagedServer.log

ExecuteThread: '3' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'> <> <> <[ServletContext@89474861[app:bea_wls_deployment_internal module:bea_wls_deployment_internal.war path:/bea_wls_deployment_internal spec-version:null]] Servlet failed with Exception
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the Supply Chain Workbench
2. Select View By Organizations
3. Drill down to an item, right-click, select New Material Plan
