In Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) Infrastructure, version, the command line migration utility is not overwriting existing Data Transformations (DT) when they are imported in the target environment.

You have the following setting in OBJECTMIGRATION.xml:

The following message is output to FUSIONSUBSYSTEMSServices.log in the web server's OFSAA log directory:

[FUSIONSUBSYSTEMS] Oct 22,15 10:18:45 : [UMMOFFLINEMIGRATIONSERVICE]Invoked Importing DQ :[id:TEST_TBL_STATS,name:TEST_TBL_STATS,type:121,Source Folder:,Target Folder:OFSAASEG]
[FUSIONSUBSYSTEMS] Oct 22,15 10:18:45 : [UMMOFFLINEMIGRATIONSERVICE]Cargo:[SC:0][ST:0][SST:0][Oper:0][Version:0][EF:true][D:null][S:null][U:null][PT:0][P:null{TEST_TBL_STATS=[S][UMM.GLOBAL.SAVE_FAIL]}]
[FUSIONSUBSYSTEMS] Oct 22,15 10:18:45 : [IMPORTMIGRATORTHREAD]Migration Return Value..-1
[FUSIONSUBSYSTEMS] Oct 22,15 10:18:45 : [DBUTIL]Failed Migrating Object..[id:TEST_TBL_STATS,name:TEST_TBL_STATS,type:121,Source Folder:,Target Folder:OFSAASEG]

If the existing DT is dropped and the import is re-run, the import adds the DT successfully.  However, you expect the Object Migration to overwrite the existing DT in the Target with the updated DT being imported.
