The Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM) application unexpectedly prompts the user to enter the Segment Value for dynamic segments, as well as non-dynamic segments.

Steps to Recreate:

     1. Set up the segments to be Dynamic in ReIM.
     2. Navigate to GL_CROSS_REF screen.
     3. Try to define the segment for an account_code (say, for TAP) and leave the values as blank for the Dynamic segments.
     4. Click on OK.
     5. System is throwing error.
