In FTP 6.1. v_amrt_type in FSI_AMORTIZATION_TYPE_CD has the data type as Numeric and a display code was provided in this column. For example: For leases, display code provided is 840.
Now implementing FTP 8.x. In FSDF 8.0.2,the data dictionary FSI_AMORTIZATION_TYPE_CD table is not available but DIM_AMORTIZATION_TYPE table is available.
1. Is DIM_AMORTIZATION_TYPE table the replacement for FSI_AMORTIZATION_TYPE_CD table, with respect to FTP application?
2. If yes, v_amrt_type in DIM_AMORTIZATION_TYPE has VARCHAR2(60). Should the description be populated in the v_amrt_type column while giving staging data?
3. Does the v_amrt_type column impact FTP calculations?
