Symptoms

On: OPPM 9.1 version

When attempting to login to OPPM, the following error occurs.

Server Error in '/Prosight' application

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Browser
2. Navigate to OPPM URL
3. Error occurs
