Narrative / Comment block texts are garbled on Japanese Medical Summary report (Doc ID 2116033.1)

Symptoms

On the Medical Summary report generated on Japanese screen, the following block prints only one character text or blank in spite that corresponding fields of Case Form are having texts.

The block of Medical Summary report output:

Condition to occur:
------------------------
This issue is observed when
1) The case is having MULTIPLE LINES of texts at the above Case Form fields on Japanese screen.
and
2) The Medical Summary report is generated on Japanese screen.

If the Medical Summary report is generated on English screen, the issue does not occur even if the case is having multiple lines.
