AIToCentricity Crashes or Gives OutOfMemory Errors (Doc ID 2116291.1)

Either AI2Centricity crashes silently or the nightly extraction fails with an error

Both manual process and GUI received this System.OutOfMemoryException or an unspecified error #0.

-- With nongui process it gets to about <CERTAIN AMOUNT > K before hitting an error
-- With GUI process it got to about 1,600,000 K it hits the error. The error occurs while running the Change Detect to determine what partitions to extract.

There is no changes made on the Windows Server on which the AItoCentricity extractor is running.


 In one instance, the customer had recently switched from Windows Server 2008 R2 Oracle 11 to  Windows Server 2016 Oracle 12.
