The customer has deployed Oracle Clinical on Citrix, and recently seen a performance degradation after some security scanning was implemented on the Citrix servers.
They didn't hit this performance issue before installing the Anti Virus software, and after testing found the performance comes back if they disable the AV software.
Therefore, do we have an Anti Virus Exclusion List for Oracle Clinical?
