Unable To Generate Pin.conf Files For DM_EAI And DM_AQ

Goal
On : 7.5.0.0.0 version,
In a customer setup, followed below steps to install eai manager (dm_eai):
1. Sourced the source.me.sh from the BRM_HOME location
2. Ran the 7.5.0_EAI_FrameworkMgr_linux_32_opt.bin and did a typical install
3. Ran the pin_setup script from BRM_HOME/setup
Expected that it creates the pin conf file, but it is not creating and as a result, one cannot start dm_eai.
Same issue exists for dm_ifw_sync also.
How to resolve the issue ?
