On : 5.5.1 version, Install, Migration, Upgrade

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After the successful CCG installation and ERP Instance configuration, user is trying to create a new CCG definition.While trying to select the application in the Applications LoV the LOV is empty.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After the successful CCG installation and ERP Instance configuration, user is trying to create a new CCG definition.While trying to select the application in the Applications LoV should show all the applications configured in the CCG Component.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to CCG application.
2. Go to Workbench > CCG.
3. Click Add Definition.
4. Provide Name, Instance and Application.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot able to create CCG definitions.
