Can RPM LDAP (OID) and RMS_USER_ROLE Be Different Cases? (Doc ID 2117345.1)

Goal

The Retail Price Management (RPM) application is configured with Oracle Single Sign-On (SSO).

The RPM user seems to be case-sensitive. (The user_id in the RSM_USER_ROLE table must match the upper/lower case in OID).
For example, currently the RPM users are being created in lower case in Oracle Internet Directory (OID) and RSM_USER_ROLE table.
If RPM user is changed to upper case the user cannot see the RPM screen options.

In other words, it seems that LDAP (OID) and RSM_USER_ROLE table must match upper/lower case.

Is there is an option or alternative to change this behavior?
