Issues With Agile File Manager - Attached Files not Appearing in the Agile PLM WebClient (Doc ID 2117440.1)

Symptoms

1. User cannot access file.
2. Receive error,  "Someone is working on this object, please try again later"
3. File upload page showing error or not completed.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. New upgrade to 9.3.4 (upgrade was clean, no errors).
2. Files can be added via web client. Status shows complete.
3. File are added to the vault (I can see them being created in the vault).
4. Files do not show up in the Web Client
