When using a Generic Selector for Rating , ECE is storing the G.S. name instead of the Impact Category  

In ECE, when there are multiple levels of analysis in a charge rate plan graph, for example, USC, generic selector, etc., all these results will be populated in the impact category field as a comma separated string.
