Error 'The job request you submitted did not complete successfully' When Adding a Baseline Project (Doc ID 2117634.1)

Symptoms


When trying to add a baseline in P6 Professional, the following message is returned:

Job status #### The job request you submitted did not complete successfully

The following is visible in the p6webaccess.html log:

ERROR DB Id: 1 com.primavera.dbcrudutil.CopyProjectJobService ?:? Error while running Copy Project Service:PreparedStatementCallback; bad SQL grammar [insert into PC_PROCESS_STAT (PC_PROCESS_STAT_ID,EXECUTION_ID,PROCESS_NAME,STEP_NAME,STATUS,ESTIMATED_TIME) values(PC_PROCESS_STAT_SEQ.nextval,?,?,?,?,?)]; nested exception is java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into P6 Professional.
2. Open a project.
3. Select Project > Maintain Baselines > Add from the menu.
4. View the log file by selecting Tools > Job Status in P6 Professional, or Projects > EPS > Actions > View Service Status in P6 Web.
