Symptoms


When trying to add a baseline in P6 Professional, the following message is returned:

Job status XXXX The job request you submitted did not complete successfully

The following is visible in the p6webaccess.html log:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into P6 Professional.
2. Open a project.
3. Select Project > Maintain Baselines > Add from the menu.
4. View the log file by selecting Tools > Job Status in P6 Professional, or Projects > EPS > Actions > View Service Status in P6 Web.


Due to this issue, users cannot copy projects or create baselines.
