Trying to Change Properties in Document Manager on Files Throws a Generic System Error in Unifier (Doc ID 2118025.1)

On Unifier : Version

Trying to change properties in Document Manager on files, throws an error in Unifier.

The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases.
Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unfier
  2. Navigate to the applicable Document Manager workspace
  3. Select a file and click on the 'Properties' button
  4. Make applicable changes and click on the 'OK' button
  5. Notice the error

Due to this issue, users cannot properly change document properties.
