Purpose

 This MOS Note was created to provide guidance on the reason/cause why "Cannot find path specified" error message is shown during OCL patches deployment(when running the apply script apply_ocPATCH_NUMBER.bat) - (eg: for OCL 4.6.6.9 patch deployment when running script apply_oc4.6.6.9.bat).
