Symptoms
The WxGetConsumptionSummary service is returning usage data for a Service Agreement that has not billed yet. For accounts with multiple Service Agreements, the service is displaying the previous Service Agreement's usage data on the Service Agreement that has no bill segments / Service Quantity.
