Unable to save Price Assignments when the default value is --1.

When attempting to create and save a product price assignment, receive the error "Input request field Start Date has an invalid value. Invalid date value -1, expected in format YYYY-MM-DD and should fall between 1753-01-01 and 9999-12-31 date range."

When the date is valid, that is put in the correct format, the error still occurs.

The Effective Start Date should default to a date that is in the correct format.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open a Price List and search for a Product.

2. Select a Product to do the Product Pricing.

Note that the Effective Start Date is pre-populated with - - 1

3. Enter the rate schedule, pricing currency, and rate

4. Change the date.

5. Save it.
Receive an error that --1 is an invalid date even though you can see it has bee changed to 01-01-2000. Error also says the format is not correct.

6. Change the format to YYY-MM-DD as it suggests.
