Last updated on AUGUST 21, 2016

Applies to:

Oracle Agile PLM Framework - Version 9.3.3.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Agile SDK createSession() from HttpServletRequest fails for user ID greater than 15 characters.

User has a number of Agile SDK programs (URL PX's) which open sessions with Agile using the AgileSessionFactory.createSession(params) passing in the HttpServletRequest as the parameter. This works properly if the user ID initiating the method is 15 characters or less. If the user ID is greater than 15 characters then an "Invalid username or password" exception is thrown.

Changes

Using a Tomcat web server.
