Several Invalid Objects Noticed After Upgrading From 4.5.3 to 4.6.2 Using RDBMS 12c (Doc ID 2118292.1)

Symptoms

While using RDBMS 12c, the upgrade from 4.5.3 to 4.6.2 appears to complete successfully however several invalid objects remaining after the upgrade.

Errors for PACKAGE BODY RXC.RDC_ZF_DCI_ACCESS:
55/4 PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored
55/29 PL/SQL: ORA-01031: insufficient privileges

Errors for PACKAGE BODY RXC.TRACKACTIVITIES:
0/0 PL/SQL: Compilation unit analysis terminated
1/18 PLS-00201: identifier 'TRACKACTIVITIES' must be declared
1/18 PLS-00304: cannot compile body of 'TRACKACTIVITIES' without its Specification

Errors for PACKAGE BODY RXC.RXC_DCI_BOOK_RULES_API:
