On : 2.4.0.2.0 version, PY - Payment

Pay Plan does not allow changing of payment plan type

Pay Plan does not allow changing of payment plan type. A base error message is thrown saying:
Category: 3
Number: 40104
Call Sequence: ;CIPCPPLR;CIPCPPLP
Program Name: CIPCPPLP
Text: The combination of account, (pay plan type's) debt class and payor is not unique.
Description: At any point in time, only 1 pay plan may be active for a given account/debt class/payor.
