After 12.2.5 Upgrade Existing Plans Fail/Error in MSCSDW - Snapshot Delete Worker With ORA-02149 On Partitioned Table MSC_ITEM_SOURCING

Failure in Snapshot Delete Worker after upgrade from 12.2.3 to 12.2.5 - Users are in the process of upgrading to VCP 12.2.5. After upgrade when running an RP Plan the Snapshot Delete Worker fails with the below error:-
Failed attempt to lock : LOCK TABLE MSC_ITEM_SOURCING PARTITION (ITEM_SOURCING_3) IN EXCLUSIVE MODE NOWAIT
ORA-02149: Specified partition does not exist
Unable to obtain a lock on table MSC_ITEM_SOURCING
Cause: The program is unable to obtain a lock on the table MSC_ITEM_SOURCING.
Action: Resubmit the program at a later time.
Important: This happens for ASCP, IO, RP, DRP and SPP plans that existed before the upgrade to 12.2.5
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade from 12.2.3 to 12.2.5 apps
2. Run the RP planplan
Upgraded to 12.2.5
