ASAP Installation Failing On RAC Database (Doc ID 2119125.1)

Symptoms

ASAP Installation is failing on a RAC Database.

The customer is attempting to install ASAP on a RAC Database with an active-passive listener configuration. A two node RAC cluster is setup in 11.2.0.4. The Customer was converting an Active/Active Cluster into an Active/Passive configuration (which is the supported configuration of ASAP).

The Installer is failing to connect to the database but the customer is able to connect to the database from putty using tnsping/sqlplus.
