12.2.4.1 in Production and Test


PROBLEM
-------------
An Unhandled Exception error message is encountered - no list of information - a default graph only
When accessed through a Resources List, the pop-up and error message is displayed and the form may be closed without terminating the session abnormally
When accessed from the Gantt Chart, the pop-up window and error displays but the session cannot be ended. The device needs to be rebooted in order to proceed into other Oracle applications
FRM-40735:POPUP1 trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01422

After we recompiled all the forms and PLL's per note 245974.1 #16 - and confirmed they were properly compiled, the issue still existed
