Business Process Name Change Not Automatically Refreshing to Previously Existing Schedule of Values Structure Column Headers (Doc ID 2119305.1)

Symptoms

When a Business Process (BP) is renamed and goes to the structure of the columns of the Schedule of Values (SOV) that reference the BP; the formula shows the BP by its old name.
Any attempt to update the formula so that is shows records with BP statuses for the new name does not stick.
It always reverts back to the statuses for the old BP name.
