Jeopardy Notification Not Triggering In Cartridges (Doc ID 2119564.1)

Symptoms

We have configured a jeopardy notification on manual tasks, which is polling every one hour and triggers when an order level rule evaluates to true (rule condition - sysdate exceeds offhold date set by user in manual task). We are able to build and deploy the cartridges successfully. However, the jeopardy notification is not triggering when sysdate exceeds offhold date. The following errors are seen in the OSM administrator -
"ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error; character string buffer too small"
