Error: "Not enough rendering area" When Previewing a Report (Doc ID 2119722.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to preview and/or print R_SUB_10 in Contract Management, the following error occurs:

oracle.xdo.webservice.exception.OperationFailedException: PublicReportService::generateReport for reportAbsolutePath [/US Sql/Reports/SUB/R_SUB_10.xdo] failed: due to oracle.xdo.server.ServerException: oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: oracle.xdo.template.online.dms.common.XDODmsException: IO Exception was thrown!
Not enough rendering area. Please look into the incomplete output file for cause.
