On merchandise_hierarchy_tbl.client_load_id, the value is uppercase. However, the What-If web service sends the merchandise and location keys in lowercase. The Oracle Retail Clearance Optimization Engine (COE) query to check whether the received product/location exists fails due to this case sensitivity. What should be done to resolve this?
