P6 Professional Not Working Properly (Predecessor/Successor Pop Up Not Opening) After Windows 10 Upgrade (Doc ID 2119796.1)

Symptoms

When right clicking on an Activity and selecting Assign (predecessor or successor), nothing occurs (no pop-up window appears to allow selection of a predecessor or successor activity).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into P6 Professional.
  2. Open a Project.
  3. View the Activities screen.
  4. Right click on an activity and choose Assign > predecessor/successor.
  5. Pop-up window should open.

Due to this issue, users are unable to add predecessor or successor activities.
