Customer created a custom document type and a new folder on BI Publisher server to store custom forms. After importing reports and forms, no forms show in advanced print. The advanced print screen is grey and shows the following message: There are no forms in this forms library. The default forms library parameter for the custom document type in document setup did have the correct new folder name.
