Symptoms
When sending MMS messages toward MMS-C, the messages sent to NT1 server were success, but messages are failing on NT2 server with error message: "com.bea.wlcp.wlng.api.plugin.NoRoutePluginException: Could not find a route for this message". If you check the plugin status by listRoutes on NT2, you can see pluginState: DISCONNECTED.
