When Browsing Searches Directory From Agile Drive and Open a Custom Search When There Are Object Which the User Does Not Have Read Privilege User Cannot Browse Any Attachment File (Doc ID 2120492.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
When browsing Searches directory from Agile Drive and open a Custom Search, when the custom search includes object which the user who is accessing the agile drive does not have read privilege, user will not be able to browse any attachment for that custom search from the Agile Drive. This issue occurs when the custom search result include at least one object with user not having read priviledge to that object.

Expected Behavior
When browsing Searches directory from Agile Drive and open a Custom Search, when the custom search includes object which the user who is accessing the agile drive does not have read privilege, user will only be able to browse attachment for object that user have read privilege on.

Step

  1. Login to web client with user1. Save the following search : discussion1 as global search with the following search criteria.

    Discussions : Discussion : Object Search
    Number : Contains : *

  2. Run the search : discussion1. 3 record displayed. Other then discussion:D00002, other object is masked due to lack of read privilege of this object.

    Search Results :

    Number
    ----------
    -
    D00002
    -

  3. Login to Agile Drive with user1
  4. Go to Y:\Searches\Global Searches\Custom Searches\discussion1
    Attachment is not displayed at all

  5. Login to user1 in web client and run search : discussion2 saved with the following search criteria.

    Discussions : Discussion : Object Search
    Number : Contains : D00002

  6. Only D00002 is shown. D00002 have attachments.

    Number

  7. Login to Agile Drive with user1
  8. Go to Y:\Searches\Global Searches\Custom Searches\discussion2\Test Disc01
    The attachment is displayed for D00002.
