Support for JMS priority in UIM

JMS priority was changed from 6 to 4 by UIM. You expected the response priority to be 6, same as the priority send in the request.
The issue we have here is that the JMS priority field that was set in the JMS request (“6” in the screenshot attached to SR) was reset to “4” by UIM in the response. If UIM resets the JMS priority, OSM would not be able to handle this order for priority for subsequent processing.
Expected behavior from UIM should be to copy the JMS priority field from request to response without modifying it.
