Bulk Report Transmit Email AG Process is Failing to Email Reports (Doc ID 2121346.1)

Symptoms

Issue 1. General Email AG process keeps writing the following error message in the log file:

               Error Message:   'Invalid argument Could not send mail through SMTP for Email ID 4831841'

 

Issue 2. Bulk Report Transmit Email process fails to email reports. The following error message appears in the log file:

               Error Message:ERROR (4) "Could not send mail through SMTP" occurred when transmitting report: 1601USA0211 (US FDA MedWatch 3500A Drug) (37447759),
