Application Crashes With "Error Number 6" When Attempting to Access Work Queue Manager

After upgrading from 126.96.36.1990 to 188.8.131.525.12, the application crashes with an "Error Number 6" when attempting to access the Work Queue Manager of specific users. Below is the error thrown immediately upon crashing. It is followed by several "Error Number 2" messages for "Null object reference".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Logon as specific user experiencing the problem
2. Click My Work Queue and the application crashes with the "Error Number 6"
Due to this issue, some users cannot access their work queues.
