Symptoms

MetaSolv Solution version 6.2.1.1005.12

After upgrading from 6.2.1.940 to 6.2.1.1005.12, the application crashes with an "Error Number 6" when attempting to access the Work Queue Manager of specific users. Below is the error thrown immediately upon crashing. It is followed by several "Error Number 2" messages for "Null object reference".
