Symptoms

A crew shift performed several activities, but the completion status (and other previous statues) are not reflected at the server side. This is remote messages are attempted to process in the incorrect order: DISPATCH, then ONSITE.

When the shift sends the shift completion message, all of the unprocessed messages are discarded. As a consequence, activities that were already performed go back to ‘Being Scheduled’.
