'Cannot Open File' Message Appears When Exporting Errors from Item Induction Process to File (Doc ID 2121989.1)

Symptoms

When trying to export errors from the Item Induction process tracker to a file, a 'Cannot open file' message is raised by the system.  Instead of readable content, the file contains only unreadable characters and strings.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Export to a file errors incurred during item induction
  2. Use option "Download staged" from Item Induction Process Tracker, for items with status "Processed with errors"
  3. Try to open the file.  See the following error: "Cannot open file"
