'Cannot Open File' Message Appears When Exporting Errors from Item Induction Process to File

When trying to export errors from the Item Induction process tracker to a file, a 'Cannot open file' message is raised by the system. Instead of readable content, the file contains only unreadable characters and strings.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Export to a file errors incurred during item induction
- Use option "Download staged" from Item Induction Process Tracker, for items with status "Processed with errors"
- Try to open the file. See the following error: "Cannot open file"
