Symptoms

When attempting to run the Patient Data Report with Audit and Discrepancy History the report fails with the following errors appearing in the J log.

ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'EXT_TXT_QLIST_FOR_RDCI'
ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored
