In Lightweight Proxy Registrar Registrations Are Not Refreshed In SINGLE Mode (Doc ID 2122189.1)

Symptoms

In webRTC version 7.1.0 if the Lightweight Proxy Registrar (LWPR) is configured in SINGLE mode (where LWPR will track each registration in Coherence and will only forward the first registration), REGISTER messages resent do not work.

WCS(webRTC Session Controller) does not refresh any SIP REGISTER when is configured this way. When WSC is configured in NORMAL mode, the WSC correctly refreshes the registration.
